All our crystal bracelets are hand beaded in a strong elastic string. We would recommend 17 beads for small wrists and 18 beads for medium sized wrists and 19 if your wrist is larger. Another way to measure this is by working out one bead per cm of your wrist. they do stretch so it would just depend if you prefer them a little tighter or a little on the loose side.
